I was getting food and another member of my party said they run us out of the party room because it was already reserved ( no signs on any table and the so called party that had those table “reserved”never showed). At that point some started getting food, others 89 yo, we’re getting seated and so forth. So when we all arrived we went in and straight to the party room, where there were plenty of small tables so we picked three next to each other. Was told there was plenty of room in the party room. Before everyone arrived we went in to ask about seating. Showed up this morning for breakfast there was 11 in our party, ranging from age 2-89. I would have hired her in a hot minute! Keep up the great work Katie! You made a day that I was dreading turn into one that I ended up being Thankful for. I spent my career as a Supervisor in the Airline Industry where exceptional customer service skills are a must.
Of course she didn’t know any of this but she provided me with possibly the best service I’ve ever had. This was my first major Holiday without having any family left. I am disabled and lost both my sisters earlier this year. I was blessed to be seated in her section. I worked many holidays throughout the years and it seems you’re never thanked for your sacrifice.Įven though it was extremely busy at your establishment today, I found everything ran very smoothly.
